Irrigation Repair
Replacing many pumps and irrigation lines, especially by the entrances. Look for new annuals to be planted towards the end of October with plenty of water to grow!
Camera Time
As an additional security feature for our equipment and our residents, cameras have been installed in our park.

Property Fraud Alerts
Property Fraud Alert is an online subscription service offered to the public that allows them to have their name monitored within the Recorder's office in order to track possible fraudulent recordings that affects their property. The threat of mortgage fraud and identity theft crimes continue to rise, and all too often victims of these types of fraudulent activities are unaware their homes or identity have been stolen. While Property Fraud Alert does not prevent fraud from happening; it provides an early warning system for property owners to take appropriate actions should they determine possible fraudulent activity has taken place. Electric continues to be updated, including more uplights!
Williams Electric has a bid from 10/2023 they will honor until next year. We continue to update the electric by sections of the bid. After the roundabout and concourse are finished, we will have outstanding work to complete on Sunny Parke Cir pond. We will spend $11,000 this year on this section of the Williams Electric bid.
